The data controller of your personal data will be either LoopMe or Chartboost (depending on which entity you are interacting with) and this entity is responsible for your personal information. All references in this policy to “Company”, “our”, “us” or “we” refer to LoopMe or Chartboost as relevant.
All references in this policy to “our websites” refer to the websites owned by LoopMe at www.loopme.com and, where appropriate, chartboost.com. All references to “our platforms” refer to any platforms or interfaces provided by LoopMe or Chartboost in provision of our services.

(c) Service providers and contractors: our other service providers and sub-contractors, including payment processors, utility providers, suppliers of technical and support services, insurers, logistic providers, and cloud service providers.
(d) Legal compliance: public agencies and the emergency services or any other third party where we believe disclosure is necessary (i) as a matter of applicable law or regulation, (ii) to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or (iii) to protect your vital interests or those of any other person.

(f) Analytical: analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our website.
